After that, if you need support or training, you can choose one of the two options below that works best for your business.
Provides unlimited phone and e-mail training and support to include the online backup service during our regular business hours. Generally, e-mails are answered the same business day. Cost: Subscription is £35.00 per month for 12 months.
Pay for phone/remote training and support as you go for £89.00 per incident upto one hour or one hour training session. Questions via e-mail are generally answered the same business day.
