With your authorisation, we can remotely access your computer. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Give us a call at 0121 314 4402 and request support for a technical issue.

2. Click on the blue button when requested to do so.

By clicking “Connect To representative” button, I authorise 123 Pet Care Ltd to access my system remotely for the purpose of problem diagnosis or training. I agree to release, indemnify and hold 123 Pet Care Ltd harmless from any and all liability or damage that may result from my granting access to the system, including any changes to or loss of data or files, regardless of the cause.

Get the Support Plan

To activate this plan, click on the button. This will set up your monthly direct debit. Once the direct debit mandate has been completed fully, your account will be active and will allow you to receive unlimited 123 Pet Care Software technical support.

Once your account has been created one of our support team will contact you to install a small software application that will allow our support team to quickly access your business PC. It is a condition of this plan that we are able to access your system to provide support, this requires an internet connection. 123 Pet Care Ltd will never connect to your business PC without an authorised representative requesting assistance.

The 123 Pet Care software support plan is a 12 month plan. By clicking on the Get support Plan button and creating the Direct Debit mandate you agree to this 12 month plan. This 123 Pet Care software support plan can be cancelled at any time after the first 12 months with 3 months written notice.

The 123 Pet Care support plan cost is £35.00 per month + VAT and will be taken by Direct Debit from your account.
